Website Design - Terms & Conditions
We would like to outline the payment and service-related terms and conditions for your Website Design package with our company. Please review these terms carefully and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
1. Payment:
The project will initiate upon receipt of an 80% advance payment. The remaining 20% is to be paid at the time of delivery, prior to the launch of the website.
2. Payment Methods:
We accept payments through cash, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), direct bank transfer and PayPal (for International Clients Only). Please ensure that you provide the necessary details for the chosen payment method.
3. Client-Supplied Content:
All essential content, including logos, write-ups, pictures, product photos, and product descriptions, must be provided by the client when requested. Timely submission of these materials is crucial for meeting project deadlines.
4. Product Photography & Post Production:
Product photography and image post-production are not included in the package fee and may incur additional charges if required. We will discuss and agree upon the specifics before proceeding.
5. Delivery Timing:
The estimated delivery time for the project is 30-45 days. The client is responsible for providing all necessary requirements, content, and images in a timely manner to meet the stated deadlines.
6. Significant Change in Scope:
Any significant changes beyond the initially agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional charges. Rates for such changes will be mutually agreed upon and discussed between the client and 23 Digital Marketing.
7. Deemed Acceptance:
In the event that, within two weeks of the submission of deliverables, there is no acceptance or feedback from the client, the deliverable(s) will be deemed accepted by the client.
8. Domain and Hosting Costs:
The costs associated with domain registration, domain transfer and web hosting services are not included in the package fee. The client will pay these expenses separately.
9. Third-Party Tool Integration:
Any integration of third-party tools or services beyond the predefined scope of the project is not included in the package fee.
10. Portfolio Display:
We may showcase the work we have done for you in our portfolio or on our website unless you request otherwise in writing. Rest assured, we will respect any confidentiality agreements in place.
11. Non-Refundable Website Design Packages:
Please note that all website design packages are non-refundable once the services have commenced.
12. Additional Terms:
If any additional terms or conditions become relevant during the course of our project, we will communicate them to you in a timely manner for your understanding and agreement.

If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, we reserve the right to terminate our services until payment is made in full.
5. Cancellation of Services:
Should you wish to cancel our services, please provide us with a written notice at least 15 days in advance. This will help us facilitate a smooth transition and avoid any disruptions to your online presence.
